However, as the business environment changes over time and departmental specialization advances, business processes can become fragmented across the organization, leading to inefficiencies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>BPR aims to break free from such inefficiencies by fundamentally reforming the entire company&#8217;s workflows and rebuilding business processes from the ground
