Quontier Strengthens Recruitment of CxO Candidate Potential Talent, Shortens Hiring Flow with High-Speed PDCA

Quontier announced on September 16, 2025, that it has officially launched full-scale recruitment of high-potential candidates. The company is ramping up hiring efforts targeting individuals who aspire to become “CxOs” in the future.

Quontier is a comprehensive consulting firm founded in 2022. Having achieved 400% year-over-year revenue growth from April to August 2025, the company continues to expand its business performance. In line with this growth and the need to strengthen its organizational structure, Quontier announced the full-scale launch of recruitment targeting not only career-oriented consultants, but also high-potential individuals who aspire to become CxOs in the future — both internally and externally.

Over the past year, Quontier has selectively hired 30 consultants, attributing this achievement to its unique “ultra-fast hiring” approach and its ability to attract individuals with CxO potential.

Recruitment Strategy to Secure “CxO Potential Talent”

In a hiring market where talent acquisition is becoming increasingly difficult — a 2024 survey by Tokyo Shoko Research found that 69.3% of companies struggle with hiring — Quontier identifies its ability to secure consultants with the potential to become future CxOs as a key driver behind its 400% revenue growth.

The company’s definition of “CxO potential talent” goes beyond simply having high skills. It refers to individuals who possess the resolve and courage to make their own decisions even in uncertain environments, and to turn outcomes into the right answer. This core philosophy of conviction and boldness is captured in the recruitment motto: “Doubt or Bet? (Question your limits, and Bet on your possibilities.)” The company aims to attract people who resonate with this philosophy and to continuously produce individuals who will go on to become CxOs.

As a concrete hiring policy, Quontier centers its approach on “mindset-based hiring,” which values the drive to create value in uncharted territory and the determination to see things through, over experience or technical skills. In fact, approximately half of the company’s consultants have made career transitions from unrelated industries or without prior consulting experience — including finance, manufacturing, IT, and startups. Behind Quontier’s ability to successfully recruit highly skilled career consultants — no easy feat for an emerging consulting firm — lies a system and structure designed to run PDCA cycles at ultra-high speed.

In addition to a dedicated recruitment team, the company holds daily hiring meetings (EveryDay Recruitment Mtg) with participation from members across all levels, from staff to managers. This allows the entire recruitment process to be reviewed on a daily basis, with progress, evaluation criteria, and communication approaches updated every day. By reducing the time to decision-making and establishing a structure that enables “same-day judgment and next action,” the company has built a system capable of executing ultra-fast PDCA cycles.

To support the career development of each individual employee, the company has also established a variety of training programs. These include a selective “Challenge Program” that provides access to advanced projects, and a Business Development Working Group (WG) designed to provide hands-on experience as a management-level professional. Furthermore, to accelerate the development of CxO talent, the company plans to launch an “Executive Candidate Program” in the fall of 2025.
